Where has all the time gone?
Jackson is SEVEN months old.
It feels like I just had him two seconds ago (well maybe longer but not a day over a month).
Also on February second is ground hog day.
The ground hog did not see his shadow so spring should be here any minute.
You try telling that to the feet of snow outside. But it was kind of nice as I walked into the church building, but I'm not pulling out the shorts anytime soon.
What also happens on February the second you might ask?
James turned 24 years old!!!!!!
We had so much fun. First my brother and I made him a nice ice cream cake.
It was my first but it turned out pretty good, we had to store it in our neighbors freezer because we have absolutely no room. But I made him a nice dinner of ribs and potatoes and corn. When he got home from work at six he knew something was up, (we locked the dead bolt and gave it away). Nevertheless we got him with some poppers (which Jackson did not like, and proceeded to cry loudly), and some silly string after he came in (it took him five minuted to unlock the door trying to be sneaky while I kept laughing out of excitement . Anyways we ate our dinner then our neighbors
brought the cake and games and we had a fun night.
The only bad event of the evening was I that, I discovered that my loving husband and thoughtful brother
CHEAT.
We played taboo, boys versus girls and they deliberately cheated. They knew exactly what they were dong and sabotaged us. So I dont count their win as a win.
Regardless we had so much fun.
Here is a picture of my little Jackson on his seventh month birthday.
(Another disclaimer I didnt get one good picture of James)
