So my talented brother is training a camel.
A CAMEL!!!!!!!
How awesome is that.
His name is Ralphey and he is super tame.
training him how to kush (Stand up/ get down on demand)
and to be able to take people on rides.
Anyhow they needed to people to ride him so he could get practise with different people.
Well James was the man for the job and he
LOVED it. He did say it was kind of uncomfortable but it was totally worth it.
My hott husband on a camel.
Rebecca also came for the joy/bragging rights of riding a camel.
She loved it as well :)
i sadly enough was aloud to ride it. For some reason they thought being pregnant should stop me
Well it did and probably for the better.
We wouldnt want Uno to get squished by those humps
(If he/she even fit in between them)
These are the special ingredient to make him run
apple flavored treats and he loves them.
It was hilarious to watch him run.
The even funnier thing, is that I look just like him when I run :)
Another picture of me
(This is right before he almost he ate my hair or spit on me i didnt wait to find out)
Come July/August I will have the honor of saying I rode a camel as well but for now this will have to do.
But on a side note. I've seen this camel twice, way before Benjamin started training him and I did sit on him
Here's proof. It may not look like him but this less furry camel is Ralphey in the summer.
Here is my FHE family.
I also saw him at a straw maze this past October.
Now I will really ride him after Uno is born :)
And im excited!!!!!!
xoxo Nicole
That is just crazy that Benjamin is training a CAMEL! Who in the world has a camel in Idaho?! I hope you save your camel ride for while we are visiting so we can ride too!!!
ReplyDeleteI'll ask and maybe he will let you, the owner might actually let you since he wants Ralphey to be able to give rides to anybody so maybe he can practice with your children ;)
