Scrumptious Recipes

I really wanted to make cookies but didnt want to take the time to locate and mix all the ingredients so I decided to do a cake mix recipe that somebody told me a long time ago 

and the results were amazing cookies. 

So I wanted to share this quick and easy recipe so you guys can try it to :) 

The ingredients are simple:

Cake Mix (any kind will do)

one to two eggs

1/2 cup of oil

Thats it!!!!

First off mix all the ingredients. I would start of with one egg 

and if the batter is too dry add the second egg, the dough should look like

 cookie dough not too dry or sticky. 

(Helpful Hint: If you are using a white or yellow cake you can add some vanilla extract and chocolate chips or anything you heart desires) 

Then when you have the perfect mixture spoon it onto a greased cookie sheet 

(If you want big cookies make bigger dough balls and vise versa for smaller cookies.

 Bake for eight to ten minutes in a 375 degree oven, let them cool on a wire rack and enjoy.

  

You can add some icing once they have cooled or sprinkles some cake mixes are kind of bland (The Betty Crocker butter chocolate one was amazing I would recommend it)
