Bownie Box Cookies & A Funny Story

I love cake mix cookies they are so easy and taste great 

(well I really only like the chocolate ones...)

then it got me thinking can you make cookies with brownie mix, yes you can.

I got a bunhc of boxes at the grocery store when they were having a great sale and decided to make brownie box cookies. They are so great and are a good mix between cookies and borwnies.

Ingredients:

A family size brownie mix (the one that fits a 9x13 pan)

1C of flour

1 egg

1/2 C water

1/4C oil

Powder Sugar

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Grease a cookie sheet, or use parchment paper

 (for this recipe i would use parchment paper instead)

Mix the brownie mix and flour.

Then add the remainign ingredients, minus the powder sugar. 

When it is all incorporated drop spoonfuls into the powdersugar and coat.

Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes. 

They will still be gooey when they come out they need to cool for about five minutes

 before you can transfer them to a cooling rack.

They are amazing, just make sure you have some milk.

Now to my funny story. while I was makign these I was gettign the bath ready for the babes at the end. I started the water and was getting them ready while they cooled. Jackson HAD to have one so I got him one on a plate. (he's naked mind you at the time) instead of eating it in the kitchen he took it into the bathroom and proceeded to get into the bath, well I heard him crying and ran intot he bathroom and the cookie fell into the bath and he was upset because he grabbed it and now it was all wet. He was also upset that I through it away (another funny part, it looke dlike poop in the trashcan tmi, yeah probably but it adds to the story). He wanted another one, so I ahd to put it on a plate and set it on the counter IN the bathroom so he could see it. That silly boy :)
