"T" for Turkey

This has been an exciting thanksgiving, filled with good food, family and a lot of nothing, aka relaxing.
Btu what would this day be without something to be grateful for. So I wanted to write a list of things I am grateful for.

Number one is Heavenly Father for giving me all that I have
The gospel and all the blessings I have received because of it
James' and my job, that keep us fed and warm
For chocolate even though it gives me a  tummy ache
For school, even when I hate doing homework/going to class
for all the friends I have made this past year
For all the things life has taught me

Most importantly I'm grateful for my family, those people that are related to me and those people who have become like family to me. I'm grateful for my loving husband and all that he has done for me. I'm grateful for my little Jackson and all the laughter and joy he has brought to our little family.

This time last year James and I had been married for just over two months, we were pregnant and very poor. Not much has changed, besides the fact that i'm not pregnant. But we both I think have grown so much. The love we have has grown. Our family has grown.
I would not change a single thing.

  2. What a sweet post! Isn't it amazing how having a child makes you grow so much, whether you like it or not? You do have a lot to be grateful for!- Melinda
