four more weeks!!!

Its crazy to think that I am due in less than four weeks.
The doctor most likely I will be a little late, but still if I went into labor tonight the baby would mostly
likely be fine. Of course I will wait the four weeks plus to see him or her, but its crunch time.
I have three weeks left of work then maternity leave, and I still need to the small stuff before the baby comes.
Things like soap, and more wash cloths
(I actually need them, you cant get more if you dont have some to start with)
Just little stuff like that.Besides that James and I are ready.
(we think we are ready)

I have a feeling when we bring our little bundle of joy home, we wont know what we are doing
and life will be a little crazy but thats parenthood.
It's a trial and error kind of learning.

I at least know what to expect a little bit from being a nanny or so forth,
but James is new to it all.
I know he will be a good dad to our son or daughter.

Whenever we go to friends houses that have children, he is always amazing with them.
Even the babies, he will hold them and make them laugh and giggle.
It makes my heart swell, and my love for him to grow in ways I dont think he even realizes.
He is such an amazing man and I know he's a little scared because this is a brand new baby
that wont ever leave. WE are it's parents and WE have to take care of it and
change its diaper and give it baths and feed it (I will do that for the most part).
But the excitement is building, we are both super excited and cant wait to meet our little baby.

I will get some good shots of my belly before this is all said and done,
but for the tiem being here is the most recent picture of my belly.

  1. You still look tiny!
AND, I recognize that fence behind you. :)
Right before Aiden was born I started getting really nervous thinking about the WE have to take care of this baby FOREVER kind of stuff. I couldn't even imagine someone calling Brooks "dad". That just seemed so crazy. Well, now 9 years later and I call Brooks dad all the time! Bahaha..... Plus, once you have that baby you will hate the thought of sending it to someone else for school, etc. You will want it with you all the time. And babies are so squishy and cuddly and cute! Oh, your gonna love this. Can't wait to see your baby. Hey, if you time this right, maybe I can take some baby pictures for you! I can't remember your due date, but we should be there are June 23rd and stay for two weeks.
Are you gonna do the 4th with our family?!?!!

  2. I am tiny, (thats what people say) I feel GINORMOUS!!!!! I can barely shave my legs and forget about painting my toenails. But yes I hope that fence looks familiar, its the Idaho Falls Temple :) I get a little teared up when I think about sending it to school. We went to a wedding and I cried, (I didnt really know the couple at all) but I was thinking about my children leaving me and getting married and the amazingness of the temple. My due date is the 24th of June. So you will definitely see it (im not going two weeks over) My goal is July 1st :) And I would love to come with your family but nobody has invited me yet, unless this was an invite?!?!?!
