Ham & cheese grilled cheese

So im not really going to post about how to make ham & cheese grilled cheese (grilled cheese + ham and cheese sandwich) but I do want to share some recipes I made last night and today. I did make some grilled cheese sandwiches with ham in them but we are adults and I hope everybody knows how to make one, no need for a tutorial.

Here is my first recipe: Chocolate oatmeal no-bake cookies
my husband loves them that's why after making a batch
there's only five left to take pictures of (They were good)

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter

*Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan. On medium heat, bring to a boil for one full minute.
*Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter (optional), vanilla and oatmeal.
(Helpful Hint: Have the PB and oatmeal premeasured so its easier to mix into the chocolate so it doesn't get hard)
*Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Let cool for at least 30 minutes.

They were amazing and my husband loved them when he got home after work :)
 Gold star for me

Sometimes for lunch or even dinner James and I have smoothies.....

Ingredients:

Strawberries (Frozen or Fresh)
Bananas
Milk
Yogurt
Any kind of juice

So I dont really measure things outs so im sorry if you are a neat freak and have to have it measured to the T. Just add a heaping handful of strawberries, one to two bananas, a cup of juice, and a thing of yogurt. Mix in the blender on high till theres no more chunks. If the smoothie looks really thick add some milk but be careful not to add to much. If its hot and you really want to cool add some ice in the blender before all the other ingredients and its a cold smoothie.
You really cant mess this recipe up add what you have and don't sweat the stuff you don't. If you really want to be healthy you could probably add some veggies like carrots that are kind of sweet and have lots of vitamins.

I hope you liked my recipes :)
